The HPE ROK edition is supplied through authorized HPE resellers and includes x64 installation media and a Certificate of Authenticity. The reseller must attach the COA to the qualifying server and may preinstall the operating system before delivery. 

Windows Server 2022 Standard includes multilayer security capabilities with support for Secured Core Server technologies on compatible hardware helping protect server infrastructure firmware operating systems applications and business information

Includes Hyper V virtualization capabilities for creating and managing virtual machines. When all physical processor cores are properly licensed the Standard edition provides rights for up to two virtualized operating system instances or Hyper V isolated containers. 

The 16 Core ROK package provides the base licensing required for servers with up to 16 physical cores. Servers with additional physical cores require additional core licenses and additional Standard licenses can be purchased in 2 Core 4 Core and 16 Core packs.
